One way we demonstrate that commitment is through accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), an independent organization that evaluates rehabilitation programs internationally against rigorous standards for quality, safety and patient-centered care.
Baptist Health Rehabilitation Institute–Little Rock is the only inpatient rehabilitation facility in Arkansas accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities in brain injury rehabilitation, spinal cord injury rehabilitation and amputation rehabilitation. It was also the first CARF-accredited stroke rehabilitation program in the state. Its comprehensive rehabilitation program also holds CARF accreditation.
To support the continuum of care, Baptist Health Therapy Center-BHRI Little Rock is CARF accredited for outpatient specialty programs in brain injury rehabilitation and spinal cord injury rehabilitation.
