LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Baptist Health announced today, Sept. 29, that it has been recognized as a third-time recipient of Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group’s America’s Most Admired Workplaces.

Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group recognized America’s Most Admired Workplaces in the United States, by conducting a large-scale employer study based on interviews with over 390,000 employees in the U.S. and more than 120 workforce key performance indicators.

“Earning the America’s Most Admired Workplaces 2027 recognition for a third consecutive year highlights the culture we cultivate every day at Baptist Health,” said Cathy Dickinson, Baptist Health’s chief human resources officer. “Our mission to provide compassionate care relies entirely on our people, and this honor affirms our ongoing commitment to ensure that every member of our team feels truly invested in, respected and championed as they carry out their vital work.”
