Baptist Health Earns Great Place To Work Certification™ For Third Year in a Row

Baptist Health achieved an average favorability score of 70%, maintaining the system’s high general score for three years straight. The average score for organizations in the Great Place To Work survey database is 57%.

An impressive 69% of Baptist Health employees said on the survey that the health care system is a great place to work.
