Baptist Health Announces Free Healthy & Active Youth and Families Program in Conway

CONWAY, Ark. – Baptist Health Community Outreach is launching a free Healthy & Active Youth and Families (HAYF) program in Conway, aimed at promoting wellness for youth ages 5 to 17 and their families.

This interactive program focuses on increasing physical activity levels, improving nutrition, and enhancing emotional and social wellbeing.

The upcoming session will run from March 28 to May 16. Participants will meet in-person every other Saturday from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at Baptist Health Medical Center-Conway, 1555 Exchange Ave.

The HAYF program is designed to help families discover personalized and enjoyable ways to boost their health together. The journey includes personalized one-on-one coaching every other week, as well as engaging field trips and classes that turn health education into an adventure.

Applications must be submitted by March 14, and applicants will be notified if they are accepted into the program on March 20.
