Baptist Health Rehabilitation Institute-Outpatient Clinic

The outcomes were assessed by the OPTIMAL outcome tool devised by the APTA. The patient was instructed to choose 3 items on the list of functional activities and score them according to the instructions.  Additionally, the patients were allowed to write in a functional activity if the list didn’t contain their particular deficit.

D. Referrals by FSC (2022):  bcbs=240 (26%), Champus=10(1%), commercial=85 (9%), government=56 (6%), managed care=4 (.4%), medicaid=134 (14%) medicare=340 (37%) , self pay=12 (1%) , work comp=38 (4%)
