BAPTIST HEALTH Rehabilitation Institute (BHRI) is Arkansas’s most experienced physical medicine and rehabilitation hospital.
Open since 1974, it is the largest and most comprehensive rehabilitation facility in the state. Because of our west Little Rock location, patients at BHRI have easy access to the advantages of a major medical center while enjoying a warm, friendly environment.Treatment at Baptist Health Rehabilitation Institute is comprehensive and tailored to each individual patient’s needs. Components may include: physical therapy, occupational therapy, rehabilitation nursing, psychology, speech language pathology, therapeutic recreation, and care coordination. The types of problems that bring people to rehabilitation centers are sometimes tragic and life changing. Even the less complex rehabilitation issues can significantly impact on one's day to day living.

Referrals to BHRI can be made by a physician, family member, friend or self-referral. A screening examination may be conducted prior to admission. The cost of treatment is covered as any hospitalization by Medicare, Medicaid, Workers' Compensation and private insurance carriers.
