BHRI Again Rates as One of Nation’s Best in Patient Satisfaction

For the second straight year, BAPTIST HEALTH Rehabilitation Institute has been singled out as one of the nation’s best in the delivery of outpatient services and is one of a small group of hospitals to earn the prestigious 2007 Summit Award from Press Ganey Associates, a nationally recognized company that partners with healthcare facilities to measure the level of customer satisfaction and improve their quality of healthcare delivery.

Setting the national standard for patient care is nothing new for BHRI’s outpatient services. BHRI’s outpatient therapy and satellite therapy centers have maintained a 98th or higher percentile ranking for the last seven years on the Press Ganey patient satisfaction surveys.

A 98th percentile ranking means BHRI has scored higher than 98 percent of the hospitals within the Press Ganey database.
